Saudi Arabia Strengthens Naval Power with New Center of Excellence

In a move that significantly bolsters Saudi Arabia’s naval capabilities, SAMI Navantia Naval Industries, under the patronage of Vice Admiral Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Ghofaily, Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, has unveiled the Naval Systems Integration and Development Center of Excellence (NSID).

This state-of-the-art center marks a major step forward for SAMI Navantia in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. The NSID is dedicated to enhancing the Royal Saudi Naval Forces’ operational efficiency by providing cutting-edge technologies, advanced methodologies, and high-performance software for naval systems integration and development.

SAMI Navantia, with the support of SAMI, has equipped the NSID with advanced computer systems and software to ensure it effectively fulfills its mission.
